Quiet Time Gist (3)

Beloved, are you aware that as long as you are not a Jew or an Israelite (by birth); you are a Gentile?

Do you know that it was the Jews rejection of the Gospel that opened way for us as Gentiles? (Though God already had the conversion of the Gentiles in his plans from the beginning.)

Romans 11:11 explains that it was to provoke them (The Jews) to jealousy.

Paul wished in verse 14 that by any means he would also challenge his flesh (for he was an Israelite of the tribe of Benjamin) to become partakers of the Gospel.

Today, this challenge goes beyond the Jews but to the unbelieving souls.

Those who are not yet born again ought to be challenged by the lives of the Saints around them.

Why should you not be holy and happy like a child of God is, when the provision is there for you?

Why should you still be struggling in sin when you can repent and have victory over sin?

“`You cannot be a full partaker of God’s blessings if you have not come to the knowledge of Christ.
“`

The door of mercy is still opened to you today. Find your way to the feet of the Cross. Let Christ make you a changed man; for only in him can you find real and lasting change.

Dear believer/Gentiles, do not boast of that which you have.

Do not trample upon the Jews; to us now: Do not trample upon those who have not been saved.

Grace was given to us not to make us proud but to be thankful.

Remember 1 Corinthians 10:12 tells us “Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.”

The Lord will help us to remain rooted and grounded in him in Jesus name. (Amen.)

Good Afternoon and enjoy the rest of your day.đŸ„°
